The unit B guest bedroom, also known as the office, contains:
- Key devices associated with the home network
- An Epson printer
- Various lighting, including
- an LED light string under the shelf above the desk
- A floor lamp with two Philips Hue bulbs
- A ceiling fan light, also with two Philips Hue bulbs
Powering the Devices
AC Power
There is a 12-outlet power strip mounted on the right-rear leg of the network equipment shelf. That power strip is plugged into a UPS. The UPS is plugged into a 10-outlet power strip mounted under the back edge of the desk, and it, in turn, is plugged into the AC wall outlet under the desk.
